What is the sentance and crime punishable if a person sets fire to a corpse in the casket during a funeral?.?

This person is a child molester and a family member.He mollested my child at the age of 4-7.The police in the town and surrounding area will not do anything.There have been 20 some children and parents come forth with the same allegations.Also he has been caught numerous times with the crime of bestiality.Arrested once but never charged the dog dog was given back within 24 hours.This is a serios question so no stupid answer please.
