Is the proposition that my female neighbor gave me is cheating?

Hi all, I live next door to a woman who lets say her husband is gone for business trips on days on end. One hot summer night I was having my occional beer, while she is having her Liquor of preference. Well lets say it might be the alcohol talking for both of us but the conversation became very flirtatious.
