Why does no water come from my drain off valve?

the drain off valve is probably clogged with what is called scale or rust so try poking a close hanger into the valveopening and shove it in and out to free it up the water should come out then make sure you vent radiator too because it could also be air locked so open top vent and snake out drain valve and this should free it up
