How can I get away from my neighbor?

My neighbor tells everyone in school and around town that I'm a tramp! I'm don't want to be called something I'm not. D: now all the guys in my neighborhood like me for my body and they won't go away. I've only got about two guy friends who tell me I'm not a tramp, the rest like me for the wrong reasons. how can I get away from her and her rumors. she lives a few houses down the street. I'm only 13 and guys want to date me in their "House." I'm scared help me please.
