Thinking of having a conservatory built, but our boiler flue pipe comes out on the wall I want it, any ideas?

Alter the boiler flue by taking it up the wall. it is discharging hot fumes, so they will rise up the flue. The other alternative, is to alter the flue inside, so it comes out of the wall in a different position.
