Is it possible or wise for a guy who's 5'11 and 269 pounds to slim down to 195lbs and take up MMA? I do Capoeira (which is just fancy kickboxing) for my stand up and im starting to take up Jujitsu for the ground. If I do decide to take it up, im gonna make sure I train hard for AT LEAST three more years before I step into an octagon. But anyway, im just looking for opinion.
