Low Hormone Levels after using DEPO for 3 years, can anyone help? Im only 24 years old.?

I was on the DEPO shot for 3 years. I got my period back about 5 months after i stopped using the DEPO. My Gyno put me on the PILL and a course of CLOMID to try and bring the levels back up but the Estrogen stayed at 142 and the Progesterone stayed at 147. I've been having hot flushes, insomnia & mood swings ever since i stopped using the DEPO. Does anyone know what 'could' be going on as my mum reckons i could be in the early stages of menopause. Im scared and upset as i would love to have more kids.
