What is happening with my mother?

This is very serious. I think you should not call the police. However you should def. look for help for your mom AND brothers. That is not normal. You should look for a physiologist for EVERYONE in the family, to have family meetings. and If you can't afford it, call your local police department, explain the problem and tell them you need help BUT you do not want to press charges on your mom.
