What do you think about top British conductor and his wife choosing to die with dignity in Switzerland?

There is no god, no absolute moral authority: we find ourselves in charge of a sentient body that can give us pleasure or pain and give others pleasure or pain. We have the right to control our bodies and ethics prevent us only from making others suffer. Insulin has kept me alive all my life, if I wanted to I would just stop the injections and fall into an eternal coma. I enjoy this unnaturally prolonged life so I continue. I grant others the same rights; suicide included. Who has the right to interfere with others' decisions? Religious laws are a collateral and hypocritical incidence due to man's superstition...
