Suggestion for fed/state business tax (corporate)?

I've run a small business as a corporation for a while, and I've been going to a CPA, but my end of year tax bill ends up running around $1200+. I've used turbotax for personal taxes before, but am wary of using it for my small business. Anyone had experience with using the software (for business)? Would you recommend staying w/ my CPA or using turbo tax for 1/10 the cost?
