PC Games cannot play them?

Well guy thankfully I had another computer, but I am having problems playing some games on my PC. I cannot play FEAR, Call or Duty 2 Quake 4 and not even Doom 3. I don’t know what the problem is I think all my stuff in my computer should play it. I have a Pentium 166MHz, a Voodoo 2 with 8 Megabyxte of Video RAM and a 15 Mega Byte Hard drive running Windows 95. And a Sound Blaster card with full duple Xing on, I mean geez why cannot I play these games? I just wasted like 400 or more dollars on these games, and I cannot play them. I will try to go to Windows Update and do some security updates, maybe which will help, thanks guy
