Is it a genuine compliment when a guy thinks you're the "most beautiful"? Guys rarely use that word?

maybe you should do the asking out. if he's shy enough to text you but still kinda stutter when in person, he's still pretty shy. and if he has stress in his life, maybe some one asking him out will boost his spirits. and if he says no ( which he probably wont) its not a big deal. he was just being friendly. as for the "most beautiful girl" thing, take it as a big compliment. im not sure but i think its not much of a guy thing to say often.
