I need help with a U2 song?

At least I think it's U2. It kind of sounds like there's water dropping into a crystal gl, or a coin dropping into a gl or something, throughout the song (it's not Stuck In A moment You Can't Get Out Of, although it has the same crystal water gl sound just quieter than the song I'm thinking of). In the middle of the song it sounds like a wind up toy is being wound up. Any ideas?
