I am supposed to attend a reunion on May 7 and I am supposed to swim and I want to lose 15-20 pounds by then! Please I need workouts recipes and I need to know about the atkins diet- how many carbs a day are you supposed to eat??? I am walking for 10 mins, dancing for 10 mins, 50 bicykle crunches, 30 situps, 30 jumping jacks, 15 pushups!!!! ! Please!!! I need help!!! What can I do to get some of this weight off and FAST!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!
